Nano Max System

How Nano Max Works.
Nano Max application is simple:
1. A printout of Opacity meter shows the condition of your engine.
2. Drain existing old OIL.
3. Connect Nano Max machine "EC-T22" machine, which upper hose goes to
filler cap and the lower hose gets connected to drain plug.
Pour in special flushing oil "EG-05" and start engine.
"EG-05" will circulates throughout the engine at an average of 13 liter per min
at about 100˚c / 212˚F.
Flushing oil "EG-05" slowly dissolves carbon deposits and sludge in the
internal combustion chambers freeing any stuck piston rings, restoring
irregularity on the cylinder wall, etc.
This process is done using the high temperature from the engine and
controlling engine revolution - from idling and accelerating up to its highest
end.
Old oxidants are hard to dissolve.
If we try to dissolve them too fast the oxidant particles may clog up oil lines.
Flushing oil "EG-05" does not damage seals.
A slow and steady flow of flushing oil "EG-05" dissolves deposits and sludge.
The filter in "EC-T22" machine traps any contaminants as minute as 1 micron.
The whole flushing is done in about 20 minutes, depending upon ambient
temperature and engine condition.

4. Drain flushing OIL "EG-05" .
5. After putting filler cap and drain plug back on pour in designated grade engine
OIL.
6. Start engine.
7. Add Nano Max "Revo" in engine oil, which will restore clearances.
To see if Nano Max is working we check exhaust gas:
For diesel engine trucks black smoke SPM is checked using Optical Smoke Meter.
The amount of black smoke (carbon) is measured before and after Nano Max to
determine effectiveness of Nano Max.
The level of Co, HC, CO2, and O2 are measured using 4 gas analyzer.
A computer printout confirms this data.
Mounting track record
In 2014 we treated two Freight Liners from Mr. Roque's fleet with Nano Max.
Both trucks had over one million miles on their odometers.
One truck travels to San Francisco and back three times a week.
Following Nano Max treatment Mr. Roque monitored fuel consumption and
realized he enjoyed an 8% improvement.
This 8% improvement is equivalent to fuel cost savings of $9,000.00 per year.
With more judicious use of the gas pedal a 10% savings is reasonable.
What is Nano-Max?
Nano Max is an innovative system invented in Japan in 2005.
Thousands of trucks and cars have been treated with this system.
This system rejuvenates engines (gasoline and diesel) bringing back the
performance as close to brand new conditions without the need of tearing the
engine apart or rebuilding.
Nano Max flushes carbon deposits and sludge out of the engine,
while also cleaning out the fuel and cooling system.
Nano Max coats every moving parts in the engine with special agent,
which restores tolerances close to original spec, enabling engine to combust
more efficiently.
The rejuvenated engine produces better gas mileage (10-20%) and cleaner
exhaust gas.
The whole procedure takes only 2 ~ 3 hours.
